  I almost don't want to draw attention to this place but it would not be right if I didn't.
  Palmetto Shores 1706 N. Ocean Blvd. Was simply amazing. It started with when I booked the room, they actually had one and they actually sold it to me for the price advertised, not like many of the places I had called before them that used the bait and switch ( no sir we are out of those rooms but we do have some for twice as much as we advertise, are you interested?) The people at the front desk were actually compitent, nice and seemed to like working there and they actually seemed happy to see me (can't remember feeling that in a long time/actual southern hospitality) Next they recommended a great restaurant, which I will also write about called the Sea Captains Restaurant. Finally our room was great, newly remodeled rooms flat screen tv's, incredible high pressure showers, great beds. Palmetto Shores will get my business again and again and I highly recommend them to everyone.

beachfront palmetto shores just recently remodeled building new everything ocean views breathtaking sunrises were splended new 1mile boardwalk great for jog or walk the staff esp Michele,Brittany were always there with a smile or help they couldnt be better I can`t wait to go back.

We just came back from a very pleasant stay at Palmetto Shores. We went down for a "girls weekend" and wanted to stay somewhere that was clean, oceanfront and within walking distance to attractions. Palmetto shores was perfect. The rooms were very clean and bright. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The rates were wonderful. There are several eating places within walking distance. We walked to Beach Bummz Cafe just down from Palmetto Shores. It's also a short walk to the Boardwalk area. I would definately return!!

Our family had a great time at Palmetto Shores!! We visited with our 2yr son for the first time & felt that this hotel was great for families with young children. It was in walking distance of everything and just a mile from Broad Way at the Beach. We had an ocean view room. (great side view) The staff was really nice and helpful. We have no complaints whats so ever !! We will return.
